Truly the best. I am struggling with fibromyalgia and other things her trigger point release moved me to tears twice. As a person who has has other masseuses I can honestly say if u want relief go to her. It is not what u expect but so much more.
Jen gives amazing therapeutic massages. I have scleroderma and my hands/fingers were turning inwards like claws. Jen worked at discovering trigger points, relaxing tendons and ligaments to the point where I can now completely open my hands and fingers. Jen also "fixed" my upper back and neck and I now can turn my neck without any stiffness or pain.
