Best gym I've ever been to. Workouts are challenging without leaving you sore for days. Instructors are friendly and supportive. Highly recommend the classes here
Body Couture is an amazing place to work out, lots of different classes and work out styles to choose from. I love to see all the friendly smiling faces around the studio! Time to get to class and get fit!
I have been going here for years! I do TRX and Pilaties To say the instructors are great is just not good enough! Everyone is really nice and over the years I've made lots of friends too!
Amazing small group atmosphere!!! Love the instructors, always encouraging you to improve and do your best! It's nice to book classes online in advance. Very clean and organized facilities. Way to go Body Couture!!! ��
Great instructors, they really know how to take you through a safe yet effective workout! Staff is friendly and equipment is in good condition. Studio is not large but I happen to like that they are smaller classes, feels cozy and you know you are getting the attention you deserve. Thank you body couture for helping me get my body back post baby! ����
