I took the Pilates class today and while it was challenging, i loved it!!! The owner taught the class and made it a great experience! Everyone is friendly and welcoming! I definitely recommend Body Couture!!!

I found Body Couture on Class Pass. I am new to Pilates and after trying several studios, none were as welcoming, patient, and helpful as this one. Great teachers! From the moment you walk in the door you feel such great energy and it continues until you leave! They have a great range of classes as well! Go and try it!!!!!!! They will not disappoint!!!
