6/10/19 my life changed, the day I walked into Body Couture AMAZING
Whenever I come to visit I make sure I visit this great work out studio. This was the first time taking Barefoot Wednesdays with Roque. As usual Roque did not disappoint. I loved the class. Thorough work out using each part of your body and can customize for your fitness level. Roque explains each exercise well and pays attention to make sure everyone keeps the correct form. Can't wait to come back!
RUN to this studio!!!! Michelle and her team are AMAZING and I do not say this lightly. I am a professional dancer and have been touring the country with a show. I've taken Pilates at studios all over the US and I can honestly say that this studio is top notch. I only wish I could steal away Michelle and take her home with me.
