RecommendedI could barely walk after my total hip replacement and I was in terrible pain....things were just not healing correctly and the physical therapy I had done prior wasn't helping at all. When I started working with Rob, I couldn't even lift my leg to put on my pants, but 7 months later I was heading up Mount Shasta, backpacking Desolation Wilderness and pain free!
