My first and second experience here was absolutely amazing ! I had recevived a massage from Elizabeth and a facial by Julia. Both very funny and sweet to me, making sure I was comfortable and enjoying myself. Also at the reception area Faith was very attentive to making sure I was taking care of at the bar and in the wet lounge. The wet lounge is always super clean and enjoyable. I celebrated my 21st wedding anniversary there... big mistake. - The customer service was sub par. I had the VIP room and was told my concierge would be available immediately if we needed anything by dialing 101. We called that number with no answer for more than 35 minutes. Then I used my cell phone to call the main number and was told she would be there. 5 minutes later we called back again. She finally got there about 45 minutes after we first tried to call her for a bottle opener. - The steam shower was in need of repair... read more

Some reasons why 5stars wasn’t cuting it 1. I called 4 times trying to make a birthday reservation NO ONE called me back so I said we just going to go in and enjoy the other amenities 2. It’s smaller than it looks the jacuzzi is 2x2x2 super small my party of 5 took the whole thing up and to squeeze to share with ppl Other than that it’s a nice relaxing place just a chill let’s go get a drink dip in the jacuzzi n leave Can’t talk about massages because I didn’t get one But for your bday noo
