front desk not welcoming. no fragance/aromatherapy. They need to provide plastic bags for bathing suits. they misplaced my nieces drivers liceense,and insisted they gave it to her. They lost a customer

body by Brooklyn was a roach motel. When I went into the bathroom I had to kill two roaches in less than 5 minutes. They receptionist was NASTY . She lost my daughter's license and blamed me for losing it no apologies after she found it behind the front desk . They sold me a sangria that the menu stated came with fresh fruit no fruit .The place has a dank smell like a basement. No bag for you wet bathing suit. Dont waste your money

I went last week, I booked my appointment, in about an 1hr I received a call saying the massage therapist got sick and if I can come in at a later time. I said okay things happen and then 15min later a manager called me again very rudely and stated I was not able to get the message I requested because there was no one who could perform it, and if I would like to come in another day, although I was already on my way there. I got a gift certificate here and hoped the bad reviews were wrong... they weren’t. If anything they were kind. I could write a novel on all that was bad but here are the highlights ... - nothing calm, soothing about the facility. When we arrived, the staff was so kind. Owen was the man at the counter. He was pleasant the whole time we were there and was very helpful! My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon in NYC and this spot was our last hurrah on the trip. Couples massage was amazing and booked an hour in the private suite after. Had champagne with some guac and chips while in there and were all fantastic. The staff was very attentive and did a great job. Next time were in NYC we will definitely be going back!
