I have used Bodnar appliance for 7 years servicing all my Appliances. Don is the best serviceman. He is honest and let's me know everything up front. I never have trouble getting an appointment. He even squeezed me in on a busy day once! I can't recommend them enough. I will not use anyone else.

Poor customer service – Extremely poor customer service. They are not prompt in returning phone calls or scheduling service. Had to make multiple phone calls to get service scheduled, and the technician still did not come on agreed upon date. Would not recommend, nor would I ever use again in the future.

Poor Customer Service – technician Jim came quick & diagnosed immediately; said he'd call me back that afternoon with price (cost under $200) and place order which takes 3 days to ship(Friday). Called Monday to follow-up, was told they didn't get the paperwork until Monday, Tony said he would order the part (Mon ~12:30PM cost over $200). Thursday afternoon (3 days) no part, Tony agreed to track it for me, said he'd call me after tracking it from distributor.
