comfortable – very professional. I shall be a regular! They raised their prices when I came back, but it's still worth it.
Won't go anywhere else for a haircut – I would absolutely trust them for whatever haircut they give me. They absolutely know what they're doing.

Love this place – I go to school in Philadelphia, but my family lives in Bay Ridge so sometimes I will go home for the weekend. I hadn't had a haircut in about six months and really needed something new. I called up last minute Saturday morning and got an appointment with Mariya for the same afternoon. Exceptional service! – I always have a little anxiety pre-first time visit at a new salon. I was immediately put at ease when I walked in- what a friendly, fabulous receptionist! I worked in customer service for many years, and I really appreciate being treated so well. I felt like I'd been coming here for years. Best kept secret in NYC – Amazingly, I found Bodhi Salon on Citysearch. The reviews were mostly positive, so I decided to give them a try. That was a few years ago. As you will find out, Jean-Marc is an absolute perfectionist. He takes pride in what he does and it show in the finished product. Best of the Best – After going to every hair salon in Bay Ridge, I stumbled upon Bodhi... That was about 9 years ago and I now live 1 hour away and still make my trip once a month because nobody compares. My hair is high maintenance and Adeline knows how to work my color like no other. If you live in Brooklyn or even in the surrounding area, you won't be dissapointed if you are looking for quality services without the 5th Avenue prices.
individualized, focused, creative – Courteous, sensitive care and attention to detail. Really "listened" to me. Comfortable from the first moment I walked into the shop. Not pretentious in the least! They are artists, but inclusive and can relate to you no matter who you are.
Love Bodhi! – I love Bodhi! Everyone there is experienced, talented, friendly and completely relaxed. Of course if you want something the stylists don't think will suit you, they'll tell you, which might not work for everyone. Or if they want to do something that you don't want, clients need to be honest and speak up, they can handle it and will work with you. Their prices are incredible given their expertise and they will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Plus the dog is awesome.
