Steve, For years, I have been a Starbucks girl "through and through" and would go out of my way to find a Starbucks for a good cup of coffee. When The Profit aired the episode of your business, I was amazed to hear Marcus say that Bodhi Leaf coffee is the best cup of coffee he has ever had. I knew I had to try it! Owners a coward. Poor leadership. The episode on the profit proved that. Couldn't even fire his own team member. Had to have the corporate big wig do it. I guess every episode on that show they need a scape goat. Pathetic.
Coffee was some of the best I have ever had. Took my daughters, they really enjoyed the chocolate chip muffin. Only thing lacking was customer service, staff wasn’t very helpful. But it was pretty busy. So I’ll let it slide!
