I brought a car from Salesman Carvol Coleman he is an incredible Salesman I would definitely go back and buy another car from him.
I brought a car last year from Carvol Coleman.. This was my second car I brought in five years ,.. I must say by far I never felt so happy with buying something more than I did that day when I left the lot.. Carvol made sure everything I was looking for I could get a reasonable price and with in my price range.. Carvol never made me feel pressure into buying the car ... Just got back from Nissan village service dept. My car is still making the same clunking noise it was making when I bought it in. I took it there a month ago for the same clunking noise and they told me nothing was wrong except my ac compressor was loud. This time they finally heard the clunking noise that's gotten worse in the past month but apparently didn't fix it and also told me they don't think the ac compressor sounds loud. ?? I went to get an inspection and oil change today. I was told I needed new wipers for $ 30 ea and a filter for $ 42. I went 2 minutes down the road and bought my own wipers for $ 13 ea and a filter for $ 7. Put both in myself and saved $100. #overpriced
Absolutely poor service. In the last 5 months, I've had to go there 5-6 times. Each time for very similar issues. They don't fix the problems. They don't even offer an apology. I have a 2014 Altima and I feel completely unsafe in the car. COMPLETELY! They won't contact me to discuss options. They honestly don't care about customers safety. Don't, under any circumstances, bring your car here to be serviced...EVER!
Fast friendly service every time
They don't care about their customers. I'm paying top dollar to lease a brand new Altima that has a defective seam in the floor and a water problem which they fixed yet I'm still getting condensation and a mildew smell in my vehicle and they said there is nothing they can do about it. This is my second leased Altima from them and definitely my last! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
If you want to get the bait and switch treatment and feel like you are being swindled you should go to Nissan village. I was told to come in with my current lease and they would give me a new lease with the same payments. Salesman John Aruajo gave me an offer for a Nissan rouge lease for $499 a month for 15k miles! I said is this a Lexus or a Rogue?? Wasted 3 hours of my time on a Saturday that means nothing to Nissan!
Thanks to all the managers and the financial department and a special thank you to the internet manager Mr. Baher Nasr ...... For making this deal happen ..... Because of their effort today I purchased a good truck to depend on for my business Spero's Pizza .....
