They are courteous and go beyond on there customer service. Would recommend them to anyone.
Service dept did not do their job Tues, nor did the MGR. Stopped in for an oil change, (fluid ck. tires etc.) and thought it went well til I pulled into my garage at home, L front tire low. Checked my receipt and all tires were aired up by Al. Called in and left MGR a voice message, no response. Called service adviser Lisa the next morning and let her know I aired tires myself! She assured me team will be put on alert..... If the simple things aren't done correctly, I'm not confident in the bigger ones.
From sales to servive Nissan Village is amazing! I bought a Rouge from Matt Barrett and let me just tell you he took the time with me to find just the right car. He is the kindest and most patient sales person i've ever dealt with. I will be doing all my future car shopping with this young man, you should too!
