Although the food was good, the service was so unacceptable, that we will not return! The inability of the staff to communicate with their customers was shocking. The meal took over an hour to get, with no explanation!
Unfortunately, the waitstaff and service was was completely disastrous! The food is not worth the wait!! We will not be back....
We were greeted by at first a friendly staff, but that was only a front. We waited over 45 minutes for our food and it was mediocre, but not worth the 45 min wait. We were seated near the order station and the staff continuous make rude comments about the other customers. Definitely will not be coming back to this restaurant.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. I brought my mother here while she was visiting from GA today. We were seated right away however no one greeted us for close to 10 minutes. They took our orders and it took over 45 minutes to get out our orders (as we watched everyone who arrived after us get their food) . No one asked to refresh our drinks, no one stopped by to check on us. When I confronted them with the terrible service there were no apologies and we were treated rudely. This is one of my wife and I's favorite places in East Boca. Excellent food and super friendly staff / owner who remember you. Love to walk there on Sunday mornings and get an omelette and mimosas. Relaxed atmosphere, so slow down and don't be in a rush. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Me, my wife and my dog Woodrow love this place on Sunday mornings. They know my dog's name, but I don't think they know mine...anyway, the place is small and quaint. The fruit bowl is always super fresh and cut to order. The food is not fancy at all. Just quality and fresh. Comes out exactly as you think it should. The Espresso is great.
