I cannot say it enough how phenomenal this business is. Everything from getting my unit, maintaining my unit, making payments affordability etc. They are great!! Definitely.If you were needing a storage unit in the nixa area, reach out!
BEWARE!!!we rented 2 storages from them and was in the middle of moving out and they cut our lock and stole our stuff. We paid through rhe end of April on both sheds and came to get out last load on April 26th and they had cut our lock off and stole our things. 1 thing was an antique lamp that was worth alot of money. They said that they would pay us for the things that they took, but still haven't gotten the money! We have been trying to reach them about the money or the return of our things but the blocked us!
