I brought my car in for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised with the service I recieved! The service tech walked my filters in to me, along with a sample of the car fluids, to show me where my car was at and what they would recommend. There was no upselling or scare tactics, just an opinion on when I should get another service done since my car is our commuter. The staff was very friendly and the cost was normal for my mid size SUV. I was very impressed and will be back!
I have been looking for a automotive service shop to place my trust in....for some time my daughter Breanna had good things to say about Bob’s....I have had two visits to Bob’s for my GMC and my Mazda 3....I am very pleased with the service and the staff is very friendly and professional.....I really appreciate the honest recommendations given....I didn’t see the techs who did the work but I appreciate the hard work in hot conditions.....I have spoken to Debra and Kenny in the front office...thank you for making my experienc... read more
