Been a Bob's customer since the old days before the internet love the fact I can order something from them and get it the next day or two. Used to make a monthly trip up to the cities just to shop at bobs. First time I was there I thought I died and was in moto heaven
The staff was helpful and nice. The selection was overwhelming.
Good selection, prices, and assistance. My first visit, I got a nice, lightweight Alpinestars textile jacket and pants, and a pair of boots. Last week, I scored a beautiful AS Core leather jacket. Everything looks and fits great. If they're out of stock on any item, they'll special order and have it sent to you. I live in Eau Claire, WI, but make frequent trips to the Twin Cities, so 90 minutes isn't a big deal...
I have ordered several times without a problem, until my last time. When I talked to someone that was having a bad day. Had messaged with a salesman named Mark and he fixed the situation and retained a customer. Call Bob's and ask for Mark, great guy!
Ordered multiple times and never disappointed. Great prices and awesome service. Ordered a snowmobile helmet Tuesday afternoon had it at my house before noon on Thursday.(southwest Minnesota). Even after I messed up and ordered two on accident, called and Ryan had it fixed right away. Had the refund same day I got my helmet.
Just Baugh a coat there and was more than happy ,awesome place to shop at ,grait people and we xcelent customer care!!!
I ordered my son some tech 6s boots! Their website says they're available a week later I get a call saying they won't have the boots until January. I still don't have my money back and I passed up the boots on other websites and now they're sold out everywhere! This was my sons Christmas present he is going to be pretty bummed!
