I haven't been down to Bobs for at least 15 years but was sure glad I went. They helped me find the right helmet. Now normally you're on your own to find something like that & just hope it works, not at Bobs, they'll make sure you get it right thing the first time. Thanks guys!
I can usually find what I need but it's typically always by myself since it's hard to find help and it's rare that someone will approach you to ask if they can help you. Good customer service is priceless..... prices are very competitive and stock is good.
Great seasonal selection. Snow in winter, motorcycles in the summer. Best place to see all types of hear and try it on. Prices are fair, and these places are getting harder to find. Keep it up Bob's!
Great service in the store! But awful service when calling in, the phone just rings and rings with no answer.
