RecommendedOrdered new snowmobiling boots and they were very great to work with! shipped for free and was very fast! Boots were delivered to wrong house not their fault but they worked with me to find them or replace them as I was in a time crunch for going on a trip! thankfully boots were found but if not they were ready to send me new ones Asap! and I love the boots they are great! thanks so much!
We ordered snowmobile boots online size 10 for our son and the order went thru. We received an email from Bob saying they ran out of that size so he made it up to us. We appreciate the immediate customer service contact and trying to make things right, we still have our shipment on the way. Thank you!!
I havent gone lately as I havent needed anything however both my boyfriend get all of our gear here and we find the prices much more reasonable and affordable. we have not had a bad experience and the motorcycle parking is such a great idea.. wish most places had that.. we go to the one off of 36.
Excellent service on the phone and flawless supply, received exactly what I ordered every time I have ordered products.
I needed a part on a Saturday, when I called I was told they were open until 5. I drove all the way down from Duluth to get what I needed for Sunday and when I arrived at 4:50 the doors were locked!! Do they just close whenever? Waste of my time and gas!
