My husband left raw meat in my car while we went out of town. The smell was unbearable! Bobs did an amazing job, my car smells and looks new! Thank you!
I was not happy!! I explained more than once that I wanted the grooves in my seats vacuumed because as anyone We leather seats knows they get stuff in the grooves ! I also explained that I wanted them to lift the emergency brake handle and clean in the grooves. I could tell by the glazed look I was getting back that it was not going to happen. It didn't !! I paid for the complete inside and outside to be done .
Great service and attention to detail. Quick service. My sons car never looked better for his big day (engagement) and it was really bad dirty and college kid messy. I was shocked at how clean and thoroughly they cleaned it. We alwAys take our cars their and I always recommend Bob's Car Wash to everyone.
What has happened with Bob's?! I just spent 45 minutes there only to go to my car and see they hadn't vacuumed my trunk OR the seats and there are still dead bugs and bird poop on my car!!! I also asked them to change my turn signal and it took those 45 minutes to figure out they couldn't do it! Did I mention I was the only customer there while all this was happening? So disappointing because I used to love this place and this is my second bad experience in a row.
Best in Spartanburg! They never hesitate to touch up any thing missed.
