is your business model to not have customers? just pulled in and a sign said "Carwash Closed" even though there were cars in line. Pulled around front to go in and ask why and saw guys just standing around doing nothing. Walked inside, and stood there, and stood there, and stood there, all while the lady was on a personal phone call. I was never acknowledged at all. I took my wifes Highlander to Bob's Car Wash last Thursday and it really needed it. The roofand the rest of the car was a mess. The gentleman wiping it down, Tyler, did not give up. He went back to the supply stand 3 times to get clean clothes and another filled cleaner spray bottle just to get the roof clean. Tyler took the EXTRA time to make sure it was done right. Thanks to Tyler and everyone at Bob's for helping me earn a few brownie points with the wife.
