RecommendedVery professional! The service tech provided me with the exact part I needed to fix my stove. He went above and beyond by even assembling the wire for me so all I had to do was put it in place. I highly recommend this company!
Not happy at all. The guy came at 2pm looked at the microwave. Charged me $100 for looking at the microwave for 15 minutes and told me will call you with an estimate once we order the part. Did not tell me what’s wrong with the microwave or nothing. I received a call in 2 days, that part and LABOR will cost me $500 to fix the microwave!!!! THAT IS EXPENSIVE to fix old microwave. This place SUCKS!!!! Never go here people!! All they do is take your money!!!! Go somewhere ELSE!!!!!
The service is horrible
Simply read the reviews from the white folk. They received good service. All the colored folk received horrible service. The evidence is in the reviews. You guys need to train your staff better to not be so prejudiced. Plain and simple.
