I have been waiting on a part for my dishwasher for 2 weeks and have called twice to see if anyone knows anything! Just got told today that it’s on a national back order! 100% certain someone at Bob’s could have taken a few minutes to call customers that are waiting for parts to let them know! I’ve had a terrible experience from the start! Won’t be using them again! I’d rather just buy a brand new appliance next time!

We gave you an estimate to repair the dishwasher on 7/15/20. You called back 7/21 and did not want to repair the dishwasher. On 7/29 you left a message stating that you wanted to repair the unit. The part is on a factory back order due to the global pandemic/COVID. I'm sorry that you've had to wait, but we have no control over this and many customers are having to wait for parts on back order for the same reason.
Great customer service! Everyone from the office staff to the technicians were very friendly and helpful!

Very very rude. Do yourself a favor run the other direction. Charging us 25 dollars when they are in the wrong. After talking with Lowe’s they contacted Bob’s who called to make the appointment on my HOME phone. We agreed Tuesday. Day of service....They never called when they were to arrive. Left voicemail on my husbands cell which does not get reception here. Husband called THEY INFORMED US THEY WOULD BE CHARGING US A 25 dollar fee. They read him a home number that was wrong!! The reviews tell it all. I would not recommend this place to anyone
very disrespectful staff who refused to assist with tearing up a 71 year old womans washing machine. which she paid for services upfront but the machine is now torn apart. Bob is very rude to tell her "make sure you spell it right" when she advised she would report this business to the BBB instead of being a real business man and figuring out a solution for all. Great service, amazing part selection and the prices were great! Saved my week by supplying the parts needed for my repair. I highly recommend this company! Open on Saturday which really helped this DIY’er!
We were contracted out to them for a dishwasher that came in our house that didn’t work. They came out and assessed the issue, ordered the part, and had it fixed all within a week! Bob, as well as the rest of the staff were all very friendly and professional!
