I am so thankful for our local businesses! Yesterday, my washing machine died. This morning I called Bob’s Appliances. By 10:00 am Ashley had provided me with details to pick out a new washer and I paid for it over the phone! By 3:15, John was in my driveway with my new washer! No delivery charge, no charge to haul off the old one! Can’t get that kind of service from a national franchise! THANK YOU BOB’S APPLIANCE!
very fast service ,expert repairs
What do you do when your side by side refrigerator/freezer quit last night and you don't know it till AM? You call Bob's Appliance that's what. Technician was on-site very quickly and declared it non-repairable. Hoping to get one more quickly than a big name store we visited their showroom and they made us a good deal on a Whirlpool and had it delivered and install within a couple of hours. Highly recommended.
The customer service was amazing at Bob's and my husband and I love our whirlpool washing machine & dryer set.
Very professional, very prompt and if you buy from them they will fit you in asap! Family business NOT a big box store, service what they sell! Excellent repair man and he will hook up your appliance! We have decided to purchase all appliances from Bob, best around!
Great prices and awesome customer service! They not only educated us on high-efficiency machines but took the time to answer all our questions and make sure we had the best machine for our family and opening that we had. Shortly after paying for a used washing machine it was delivered. It was moved in, set up, ready to go and they were back on their way in less than 15 minutes. Great experience!
