I purchased a 2025 compact tractor, and have had it in for repair 3 times for a front axle leak. This last time the tractor has been there for close to two months, and is currently still there and not completed. I have asked for a loaner or rental to be told" We will ask our manager". That did not happen. I have had to borrow or rent other equipment to complete jobs I need to get done before winter. Or do jobs manually while this tractor has 66 hours on it. Cannot praise the dealership, and buying experience enough Austin was great and upsold me to the tractor I really wanted. Drove down to buy a sub compact CT1025. Ended up getting the CT2540 and if you have open land get the cab model! Austin is overly helpful and responsive, email or voicemail guarantees you a reply. Mechanic in Yakima County is the best and also very informative. I plan on buying additional models as I have substantial acreage and love me a white tractor.
We took our bobcat in to get a couple of seals replaced. They had it for a week and did NOT touch it. Charged us $635.00 for shop time!!! He said that they looked at a light that wasn’t working, when we dropped it off we told them not to touch the light we were fixing that. Had to pay to get it and take it somewhere else to get the seals replaced. We will NEVER do business with this place again!! We are turning them into the better business bureau too.
