Well, having heard of this scamming family for a while, I checked out the accounts that are posting the positive reviews down below. Check it out for yourself, they are ALL fake accounts that list "Idaho Falls, Idaho" as their residence and all have just one friend. It's literally just a bunch of fake accounts these scumbags made to boost their deservedly terrible rating. Do NOT give them your business. They rip off EVERYONE unlucky enough to come into their dealership.
Our experience at Bobby's Auto Sales was great. Emmett was laid back, and made us very comfortable as we found the perfect 'pre-loved' car for our needs. There was no pressure and we were fully informed about the vehicle at the time of purchase.
Overall, they're just terrible people. They lie, and lie, and lie. I'm paying 5k for a 2k car that doesn't run. They promised repairs they backed out of, they lied about the price, they are in cahoots with their finance company, and are all crooks. Look up the owner- Robert Ephrem. They've been sued for malpractice before, and will be again. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! You have been warned!
Do not recommend them at all!! Bad experience. They pushed so hard for a sale, and the car that I got within 3 weeks of having it I had to fix the alternator and battery and by the 5th week of me having it, I had to fix the radiator and the 7th week of me having the car my car shut down. I put in over 2000 dollars into the car within 2 months of having it. And they didn't even put gas in the car, the gas light was already on when I purchased it. Smh.
