I would definitely say that my first visit was setting up my appointment. That receptionist is one of the most kind hearted people I’ve ever met. We were on the phone for almost an hour and she was so caring and kind. She even made me feel better about my situation and had never met me in person or talked to me before. Trish is awesome
This was by far thee worst place I've ever been to. They couldn't figure out how bill me properly despite me trying to my best to afford the costs myself. I'm on disability and informed them countless times that I'm not rich enough. I have PPO insurance through the government and was supposed to have free teleheath sessions. After exhausting myself trying to work with them they still kept calling me over and over again that I have to pay and help THEM with my insurance. Destinee at Bobby Scott & Associates was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly thorough and welcoming. I really appreciated how informative and patient she was—she took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable. Highly recommend working with her!
