I've had good experiences in the past, but now that Toyotacare is out, not so much. They tried to charge me diagnostic fees for warranty work, when I called the service said he'd return my call once it was fixed, no call 2 years later so I drove an hour to get me vehicle. They wanted $96 for an hour of diagnostic for warranty work, and charged me for state inspection which was supposed to be free! Took the cashier phone callas and nearly 30 minutes to fix. Great people. I bought my first Scion from them last week. Not pushy at all, quick at processing everything, and didn't come along for the test drive. I would recommend them to anyone.
