Stopped by today to have a deep scratch on my door checked out. I knew it wouldn’t look new but I didn’t want it to rust and thought the scratch and dent guy could check it out. The service rep greeted us immediately and took my truck back to buff out and touch up. It only took them 15 minutes and when he brought it back he had washed my truck and touched up the scratch. So...I am not one to usually give reviews online about service, but I'm going to make an exception this time. I had to take my Rav to the dealership for paint coating. A task which I usually don't like doing is having to visit a service department. But I must say I was impressed.
