Not the best experience, customer service , sucks. Had my car serviced there quiet a few times, spent a lot of money, and did not receive a loaner Car. The reasoning did not add up, they should change their exceptions to the rule, for frequent customers.

I am probably one of the hardest customers to please... I have been wronged and messed around time and time again by dealerships. I dread car buying, and all the things that come with it. This was my first time buying from MBOKC but my 6th Mercedes to own. I also don’t typically write reviews, but in this case I need to! I have never had a more pleasant buying experience. I was told I’d get a loaner if my car had to stay, I was sent home by train. I will never bring my car back there again.

Unfortunately my experience was awful. First they sent me to the waiting room saying that would call me when that could discuss what services I needed. Finally I came out and asked when I would come up and they looked confused. Eventually they said my car had already been sent for services. I thought since I had told the service department the night before that I wanted both the full service since the service light was on and in addition the air conditioning was not working. recall service was fast, smooth. but I heard about covid car pickup/loaner option in a later gmail only; not from the appointment provider. the email list and estimates (brake costs are High) felt like a sales pitch however Tony was great when he called. I didnt feel pressured from him at all. ineed a coolant flush which was not detected/mentioned. Tony, thanks for the FOB battery. and the east, great customer service.

This dealership is extremely unprofessional! Their salesman, Edward, gave out my family members personal information including her home address to another customer without even confirming they knew her or asking for her consent. The general manager tried to downplay the situation by saying "there's 3 sides to every story" however I do not see how in any side of the story it is okay to discuss someone's personal information with another customer.
