I've been a customer since they first opened up here and the customer service here has consistently been the best. Just got my 2012 E350 back from service and once again they exceeded expectations. Even managed to get the nearly impossible to clean rims looking as good as new. Thanks!
Excellent customer service! Very easy going. Most stress free dealer I've ever dealt with. I had an absolutely terrible experience at John Sisson Mercedes two weeks ago. Great service, brand new car to use while my antenna was being fixed and they washed and vacumned my car as a complimentary service. All for $2!!!!

First of all, my car did not start 5 days after I bought it because it had a bad battery. How is that not the FIRST thing that is checked when selling someone a used car? I am now 52 days from purchase date and still do not have my tags which puts me at driving on an expired 30 day tag for the last 22 days. Now I come to find out that the application for my out of state tags was not even filed until over a month after I bought the car. This is unacceptable practice.
