I was happy with the manner in which they conduct business. I did not purchase the vehicle from them. They did offer a very good deal for both the trade and on the vehicle I was interested in. I would highly recommend them. They didn’t waste my time with all the games some dealers play.

We communicated up front, they followed through once I arrived. I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles from many dealers. Hiley and their team was top service oriented and friendly during the transaction.
Wasted time a half a day going down there because there wasn't transparency on the price and they added on extra costs that was excessive if we knew they were going to do that we would have never came there in addition the two cars that we looked at at 2024 and a 20203 had some issues with them that could have been simply resolved by the dealer before he puts those market for sale and they didn't seem to care about taking care of a stain on a seat nor take care of ripped floor mats very unprofessional
I’m impressed with the professionalism of this team at Ira Acura Westwood. They are the type of people that you want to considered doing business with.

Gave their best price too late
Vehicle was sold and I didn’t get the info before wasting my time with them. Obviously they wanted me to get something different.
