Added a McGrath accessory cost which was told it was optional but was informed it comes on all cars.
What a great experience!! Christian was my salesmen from start to finish he was amazing very knowledgeable about the car I bought a 2023 Acura MDX A spec from him and the process was so easy Jeff in finance made everything go so smooth. What a great dealership I highly recommend them!!!!!
We did end up purchasing the vehicle we went in to test-drive, and everyone we interacted with was very kind, professional, and helpful. The only thing that felt a bit unusual was when we arrived to the dealership we were told the car had been sold, only to hear about 20 minutes later that it was still available— to be honest that felt a little fishy, but overall it didn’t affect our experience. I fell in love with this red Civic, but my wife demanded a more practical car, so we switched to CR-V. The guys were polite and glad to answer my questions.
