great place to get a fair deal, have bought there before well mannered sales persons
I fell in love with this red Civic, but my wife demanded a more practical car, so we switched to CR-V. The guys were polite and glad to answer my questions.
Everybody at Chapman Acura was very helpful, patient and they answered all my questions. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and he stepped us thru the whole process. Professional job!

Dealer called and set up an appointment to see the car, we got there and they didn't have the car. Asked to call when the car arrived a few days later, didn't hear back and bought a car from another dealer
I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience here. I very rarely write reviews but my experience was so far above the bar I had to. I worked with Ed who was very knowledgeable about the car and any question he couldn't answer he made sure to find someone who could. He even checked in with me a few days after picking up the car to ensure everything went good and if I had any other questions to reach out anytime.
