Dishonest bait and switch pricing. I contacted Bobbitt Glass to find out what it would cost to replace some 14"x19" single layer panes in a historical building. Three had to be replaced as there were holes in them. Others were just cracked. I asked what it would cost per pane to decide if I should use them and how many to replace. I was told that it would be "fourteen each for materials and thirteen sixty five for labor." I had 14 panes replaced thinking this was a reasonable per pane price.
