Met Richard and his wife after about 3 weeks of texting because of his unprofessional responses: taking 24+ hours, not responding back, sending texts at 11:30pm etc. Finally got to see the place and it looked about as advertised. We put in an application on a house that Bob Yang had listed on Zillow for rent. He allowed me to go take a look at the house while the previous tenant was vacating, he did clear with the tenant that it was ok to do so. I fell in love with the home and was ready to do whatever I had to do to secure the home. This “realtor” brought people into our house today uninvited and unannounced. We have multiple signs in the yard with our agent’s informartion and it’s even under contract as noted on the sign. We came home from our kids football practice and all of our lights were on and the front door unsecured. My selling agent has tried to call them numerous times and they will not answer. I will be reporting these people to law enforcement!
