RecommendedI can't brag enough on Roy ,we came in for a service call on our 2019 kia forte and was there 45 mins and Roy had us fixed up, he also washed and vacuumed my car before we left.. thank you so much!
I can't say enough great things about the staff in the service department here!!! I got a flat tire on the way to a weekend of camping with my girl scouts, and lucky for me we were relatively close to Bob Utter Kia. The tow truck came pretty quickly, and it was like having my own pit crew in the service department here. Everyone I met was so kind. If you need a new kia go here and ask for kyle. They were AMAZING! Went above and beyond everything basically was done over the phone kyle was up front and honest about everything got there only spent 25 total minutes at dealer then drove home in my husbands New soul! And no i didnt get there and they change everything it was all has he had told me on the phone! Thank you kyle and team you all were awesome!!!

I shopped all over the DFW Metroplex for a used SUV. After two weeks of research I found a gem of a deal in Sherman. It was only then that it dawned on me that prices and GREAT deals are more available outside the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Bob Utter Kia was the dealership I purchased the SUV from and I can't say enough about the positive experience I had from the Sales Rep Jay Townsend and the Finance Manager Kit Staton.
