If I could give Bob Utter Ford zero or negative stars I would. This dealership doesn’t honor its own word. They make promises they have no intention of keeping and try to gaslight you.The service advisor Damon (more like Demon) is rude and condescending. Good Service We've brought our car to Bob Utter for years for repairs and regular maintenance. The price was a little higher than a regular mechanic, but the service is reliable and the turnaround time is fast. The last time we went however they forgot about our car so we were unable to pick it up until late the next day, which was an inconvience. But, other than that, they have done a good job and relaly did us a good deal on our car. They do not offer much for trades though.
Had oil changed in 2 vehicles, front aligned on 1. Very fast service and reasonable rates! Phillip was our service advisor and was very pleasant and professional!
Worst service I have ever received at a dealership. buying a car. Not only did the Guy Eric stop responding to my text but was rude when we got there and made many excuses not to sell me the vehicle. 1. was the banks were closed. I said I didn't need a bank. Not only did they communicate when my vehicle was arriving, but continued to check in after my vehicle was bought! Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life when dealing with over the phone salesman was rude and loud couldn’t give me my interest rate when he had all my information kept going around it then calls and tells me the vehicle I’m looking at is being test drove and it was first come first serve when we had been trying to work a deal for 4 hours
