BEST COLOR , CUT AND SERVICE!!! – I have been going to Barb for years now and she actually just moved over to the Bob Shop. She has always done an amazing job on my cut and color and I always feel like she takes care of me while I am there! She is the only hair dresser I have ever had that I actually look forward to going in and getting my hair done : ) I highly recommend her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yvette is a TREASURE to behold! – I have been going to Yvette at the Bob Shop for over 10 years. She is the only person who can manage my coarse thick unruly hair and cut it into a sleek Bob every time! People stop me on the street constantly and ask me where and who did my hair. I finally hand out cards because I don't have time to talk to everyone who compliments me. AND Sam who waxes for me is THE BEST!!! So, see these two excellent beauty people !! They are TREASURES!!! Thanks for over Ten years of excellent service!!!

Good haircut – I got a good haircut but didn't feel exceptionally served. The personal attention was a bit lacking as I felt like a bit of an outcast as a first-timer among the clique of salon workers and their familar clients. Maybe I'm just high maintenance, but when I pay top dollar for services, I want to feel like more than just another head to process.
