Sales rep Mr Bill did a great job explaining to my daughter the ends and out. With her being young and a 1st time ever buying furniture. He didn't take advantage her Mr Bill also explained step by step of all the terms from delivery to billing. Also the store mgr Kaiffe did great job with purchasing order.
