We had a great experience. He answered all our questions helped set up the blue tooth. He actually sat in the car with us and showed us all the screens and bell and whistles. My husband had talked to Mort a week or so before we even purchaed a car.
Perfect. No complaints, great service, friendly staff. I couldn't ask for more. Nick did a great job explaining the features on the car and making me feel welcome. I was very happy.
I walked in the door and was immediately helped. I mentioned that I was looking for a truck to buy and after the salesman asked me several questions to narrow down the model, I was given coffee while they pulled a truck around. After a test drive I was hooked and bought the truck.
Mark was very nice and was professional. In my opinion Mark did a very nice job in his role as a salesperson. He asked questions about my wife and I felt we had a good connection. Good Job Mark! That said... I am very in tune when I am in a sales environment because that is part of what I do on a daily basis. I am in a professional sales field were I manage clients investments and work with them regarding financial planning. Went as expected, large volume of cars available and our sales representative did a good job in presenting all the available options. Did an excellent job prior to the test drive reviewing the options while I sat behind the wheel.
Brian was up front and honest without being pushy or trying to do a hard sale in every step of the process which was much appreciated. An experience that we had not enjoyed at any other dealership we had been to while looking for a car. He will most certainly be the first call we make when we are in the market again.
Vary good nick did everything he could to get me and my family in the car we need. My wife and my girls are all happy with our new car.
