I had a good experience, it was made easy and I was comfortable.
Nick took time with me to build the car and then test drive a similar car on the lot. He then worked with me to answer all my financing questions. We then drove "my new car" prior to my buying it (as it was in the show room). He then spent time to show me the nuances of the technology for the car and kept it to a minimum so I could retain it. Nick stated otherwise it would be too overwhelming and he will go over more with me after driving it for a week. He was right! It was very overwhelming after I left.
What started out as a good experience turned badly on our second visit. In order to get us to return to the dealer for that second time, we were told very favorable things about our car purchase but once we started our paper work everything changed. Everything that had been promised was rescinded. The negotiated purchase price and original loan rate were gone but there we sat. He worked very hard to make sure I got the exact car I wanted. When the dealership did not have the car, he didn't try to sell me something else but found what I wanted and brought it in the same day. He also took very good care of me during and the time I spent in the dealership.
