This was a great experience all the way around. The salesman, Randy Martin, was great at keeping us updated while waiting for the car to be built. Information received when picking up the car was thorough, but not overwhelming. I am so glad that we decided to make the trip to Fort Wayne for the purchase! It was no pressure and everyone there was nice and accommodating.
Last week I locked my SUV,Not realizing that I did, as I was getting ready to leave within a hour for my surgery on my shoulder. I didn't have my glasses on either and pressed the wrong nob! Well it was 45 minutes to an hour before we were leaving and in a panic because of my mistake I called Bob Roarman Subaru and talked to the nice switchboard operator, she in turned sent me to Jason the Service Manager who quickly sent out Don to open my vehicle door! We drove to Mishawaka to buy a Subaru...not buying from any Bob Rhroman dealership..no matter what brand or make.
I absolutely love Subaru. I will never purchase another car from this dealership again. I will drive to another state for my next Subaru purchase. Drove the car off the lot and less than 24 hours the entire bumper fell off. They lied about the car and the price. They are very dishonest and shady. They charge for parts that are suppose to be covered by warranty. When brought to their attention they said they would cut a check. Never got the check.
The other day my car wouldn't start. What a wonderful Monday!!! I called Bob Rohrman's Subaru of Fort Wayne looking for help. Gene and Jason were extremely helpful. The guys at Subaru of Fort Wayne arranged for my car to be towed to the dealership ... and even gave me a loaner car for the day so I could get to work on time. In this day and age ... you don't see that kind of customer service anymore! Keep up the great work!
Bought a 2009 outback had it 200 miles check engine light came on took it in to be serviced they said it was fixed and I got back it wasn't fixed and they had four days to work on it so I have no faith in their service department I will be taking it to the import doctors who has worked on all my Subarus and and always fixed them right the first time
