My daughter was looking for a new car and the sales staff was great, very professional and didn't mind all the questions and test drives. Would recommend getting a vehicle from this place

If I could give zero stars, I would. Bob Poynter Seymour is nothing but a scam operation. Our vehicle sat in their shop for three months before they finally “fixed” it, and instead of reaching out with any kind of update, payment plan, or communication, they went straight to putting a lien on our vehicle — claiming it was “abandoned.” To make things worse, when we questioned it, they actually had the audacity to suggest that if we traded in both our original car and the one they supposedly repaired, they would “work with us”... read more
The first car buying experience I had in Indiana and I will never be back. There was so much stuff that they didn’t advise me on and when I called after because they made some mistakes I was told they didn’t have time to help me. That’s was Skylar to be exact. Either way we need two more cars and we won’t be back here to get them.
