I went in later in the evening on the 31st of August. I met Skylar Prange He was polite, friendly, and actually listened to what I was wanting. He helped get me into a 2021 Explorer ST the car I was wanting to begin with. Skylar stayed way past closing time ensuring all was well. He went above and beyond when he could have said “hey we are closing soon”. He’s exceptional and knowledgeable, when we decide to buy another vehicle he’s who I am going to be using. Thank You Skylar!
If ZERO was an option, I would give ZERO. I've given Poynter Service Department so many chances. They do not deserve anyone's business. Terrible communication. Terrible follow-through. Vehicles are returned with incomplete work or in worse condition. I've tried with multiple vehicles. Do NOT use them for anything.
