This dealership is the definition of high-pressure, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The entire car buying process felt forced from the start. The sales team was aggressive, pushy, and rude, creating an uncomfortable environment that made it clear they cared more about closing a deal than treating customers with basic decency. I went to buy a new 2026 f350 lariat they just got in. Was talking to the sales man about the trucks they order and how they order them with hardly any options. But still charge outrageous prices. The salesman proceeded to tell me that they order them like that to get them in quick and that since they are well sought after trucks, they intentionally mark up prices. I’ve liked bob poynter in the past experiences I’ve had with them but not anymore since they want to try and rip people off

I went to my local Hometown dealership for a Ford recall and got they're running around so I had to take to a new dealership and got nothing but honesty from the beginning they fixed the issue without no problem I wouldn't recommend anybody going to this dealership in Seymour

Bought my second fusion from them. Turns out it has a cracked flywheel. Called three times and was assured someone from sales, my sales person, or service would call me back. When they didn't, I sent a message through their website that no one was calling me back. Crickets. The same car has had to have a new transmission and now the engine light is on.
