Not sure where to start, first let’s say that I’ll never go back to Bob Poynter. Today’s oil change and rear brake pads cost me 635.00 dollars. Was there a little over an hour. The guy told me it needed pads. Didn’t say a thing about rotors, but it looks like they charged me for 2. But that’s just the latest trip. The truck they sold me (2020 f-150) used 3 qts of oil every 1000 miles, so a new long block was needed. Had my Focus ST in for a recall that needed serviced. Car was gone for a day which is fine, but when I picked it up I was told there wasn’t any paperwork for me to take which had me skeptical if the work was even done. Upon entering my car the check engine light remained on for my purge valve and when I filled my tank my car nearly stalled on me which is the same issue that persisted before.
