I've waited for some time now to post this review. I strongly recommend NOT to take any vehicle to Poynter Chevrolet in Seymour IN!! I took my 2020 silverado to them under warranty for transmission problems. They had the truck for weeks. Then called and said it's fixed. I picked it up and within a week I knew it wasn't right! It was suffering from delayed engagement, hard downshifts and a clunking noise. Took it back and the little man that's the service manager tells me it's fine without even looking at the truck! Great experience as always. They all worked hard to meet our needs.
Car died on me while i was driving today. Bought a 2014 Catillac owned it for 3 weeks and the car started to have electronic problems sometimes starts and sometimes has no power at all. Sometimes the dash will go dark and ill have no idea How fast im driving and must pull over; im 3 months into owning the car and have had it in service to have it fixed twice, still having the same electronic issues with no reassurance of help or refund.
