Had an appointment to get my battery changed on Monday at 1pm. By 3pm I was wondering what was taking so long, so I called. My service rep told me my car had not been started yet. Severely disappointed in their service crew as what should have taken less than 15mins has taken near 2.5 hours.
Al-around great deal! Couldn't be happier. Now I just have to figure out all the bells and whistles!
