Derek took the time to really understand what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. I entered feeling tired, low, and really not into my current hair... It was a bit of a mess. I left feeling bouncy, and refreshed! What a fantastic way to start the day! Beyond hair care, Derek is also fun to talk to. The whole salon has a very smooth, professional, and friendly vibe.
