Traded in a 1500 for a 2500 and Bob Moore Auto group cashed our check the very next day, but still haven't paid off the loan on the 1500. Been 12 days since the trade occurred. Unacceptable business practice. Buyer beware! They have excuses and more excuses why they haven't taken care of business......Wouldn't give them 1 star at this point.

I took my 2015 Ram in for an oil change and Aaron was great and made my experience there very good. I had been using a drive thru oil change place for convenience but I felt like they didn’t pay attention to the rest of my vehicle. Aaron and his crew gave me some maintenance recommendations that were very helpful and I will continue to use Bob Moore from now on.
Aaron did a great job helping me with my recalls.
Our salesman Michael Byington was great. The manager Marcus was great as well. They went out of their way to make the car we bought perfect. They did some special things that they didn’t have to do. Would buy from again.
Made an appointment for car repair. 24 hours later, the vehicle was not touched or diagnosed. I made several calls to get update but each time was put on hold and eventually disconnected. They never returned my calls. After demanding to speak with the person in charge, I was told they have up to 24 hours to diagnose the problem! They never share that info when you drop off your vehicle for repair. I found the dealership irresponsible and having complete disregard for customer service.
