Had routine maintenance and oil change completed at Bob Moore CDJ on NW Expressway, Oklahoma City. Greeted by Service Advisor David Holder who promptly arranged for service on 2018 Charger. I waited in a very nice customer waiting area with great self service coffee. All employees were friendly as they passed through the waiting area. Aaron in the service department is SO helpful and nice. After another dealership service dept tried to screw me around and raise prices on me TREMENDOUSLY, I brought my durango SRT and Aaron shot straight wtih me and is getting me all fixed up today. My experience at Bob Moore was top notch. Upon arriving Dion greeted and showed me the vehicle I was interested in quickly upon arrival. Dion was great and worked hard during the process. My experience was great and be sure and ask for Dion when you go. It has been great becoming apart of the Bob Moore family.
