Service department is great
I am very pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and quality of service I receive each time I have visited the service department. This visit was no exception. Reggie is always very courteous and attentive to all my questions. I had been experiencing an unidentified intermittent rattle from the sun/moon roof for several months. I had my Infiniti serviced at Bob Moore. I was put in touch with Reggie, he was phenomenal! Very friendly. Took care to explain everything to me in detail. Sent me home with a loaner car while my car was being serviced which was great! I definitely give Bob Moore Infiniti and Reggie Addington 5 stars!!

This was my first time buying a car all by myself. I was pretty happy the way I was treated at Bob Moore, even though my credit is not the best, they were able to work with me and arrange payments I can afford. A.J Adesina was the best seller out there! Thank you guys for making this experience the best.

I am from Texas had car problem and Bob Moore infinite took care of me. They did not have a loaned car in at the time I arrived. My grandson was in the hospital did not know how I was going to get around but before they could write my car up a car came in and I was able to get it. My service advice was the Best.
