The staff and service at Bob Moore has always been excellent and outstanding. The service is timely and very efficient. The service person I always work with answers all my questions with honesty and sincerity and that means a lot to me. I trust them with my vehicle.
Spoke to an employee about a GMC Acadia they had listed for sale on their website. They assured me the vehicle was “in stock”. I drove all the way from Clinton Oklahoma just to be shown another model that was in worse shape and nothing that I wanted. Then they tried to get me to buy that piece of crap. Basically this place is no good and is filled with liars!
I just bought my 4th Cadillac and I’m so thankful for everyone there, they treat my sons and I like family and I appreciate everything they’ve done to make sure we are always safe. Doug is the business and I literally wouldn’t drive anything else because service really is everything ���. You will not be disappointed with the Cadillac family in Edmond, happy customer since 2004.

Reggie and Adrian always make us feel like we are part of the Cadillac family. Our CTS is treated like the jewel it is. Although we live closer to the Norman dealership, we are willing to brave the Broadway extension traffic for our favorite shop. Keep up the good work Reggie.
