They get your money and then when u need help they blow u off you can't get any one to answer the phone and then when u do they don't give u a straight answer I'am talking about Tulsa office on memorial
The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They have been giving me the run around for about a week. No one calls me back after they promise to. I have made 3 trip to the dealership to test drive a truck that's not even there or its there and they cant find the keys. They are the most unprofessional salesmen I have ever seen. Today a customer service rep called to see how my visits where so I told him the long story and even he said he would find the truck I want to buy and call me back but guess what no call. I have bought good cars from Bobmoore. Now I work for Bobmoore Subaru selling good cars.
Don't go to Bob Moore Nissan in Tulsa...the Gerneral manager Jimmy is horrible and doesn't think about how his actions and treating people will hurt them long term. Craig Vi the sales guy is really great though.
It might get better now that they got rid of one of their bosses over at the collision center!!!!!
