I will never do business with them again . They lied and misled me to get me to drive 2 hours for a second time . This is not how you get repeat business. Our sales guy even went missing and none of the staff knew where he went . George Miller is a scattered brain liar !
Terrible customer service after making arrangements to test drive a car that someone on the internet sales team had told me was still available only to leave work early and then find out the car had actually been sold several days ago. No apology, no e-mail, no nothing from the internet salesperson after I informed her that I was just informed that the car had been sold. I took my daughter in to buy her first car, agreed on the price, which WAS WRITTEN ON THE CAR IN PAINT! Went in to sign the paperwork and they said “the paint lady mixed up the cars, it’s actually $3700.00 more.” Nothing like breaking a 16 year old girls heart. So they “made a mistake”. So instead of doing the right thing and stand by their mistake, they crush a 16 year old!
